Account Deletion
Last updated: September 10, 2026You can permanently delete your SSW ALL-IN account and associated learning data using either method below.
Delete in the app
Sign in to SSW ALL-IN, open account settings under My, select Permanently delete account, and confirm. Account identity, answer history, mistakes, progress, push tokens, and related records are deleted.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot use the app, email support@nat-test-pass.com from your registered address with the subject “SSW ALL-IN account deletion.” We will verify ownership to prevent accidental deletion.
Subscriptions require a separate step
Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately through the store where it was purchased.
